The breakfast was not included but was exceptional. A typical Italian cold buffet. They served us tea/coffee - every preference was offered. We had a family room - the air conditioning worked really well. We forgot to put it on when we went out for the day only to find our room cleaned and air con back on. Staff very friendly and knowledgable. Location great - 5 mins walk to the main railway station. 12 euro taxi to airport, came within 5 minutes once reception called them. 5 minutes walk into the central shopping area towards the leaning tower. Will certainly come back - great location to discover Tuscany by train for days out.

Very friendly staff, the room is clean and the hotel very close to the city centre with easy access to train station and airport. Excellent for visiting the city.

This was a last-minute booking and it was perfect for what I needed. The staff were very friendly, the place was clean and lovely. The location was perfect for what I wanted to do there (about a 20 min walk to the Tower of Pisa and close to restaurants and the bus station). The only reason I would not say it's a 10 is if you're looking for a luxury hotel. It was truly lovely- just know that you're not getting a 5 star hotel. I would stay here again definitely.

Excellent secure parking for our two motorcycles behind a barrier gate gate. One of the staff members is a bike - big thumbs up! Convenient 20 minute walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa.
